Aloe vera information Shameless Suppliers and Manufacturers Profit
By Selling Worthless Aloe Vera Products

Hundreds, perhaps thousands of deceptive marketers are trying to exploit all the great Aloe vera news and research findings.  Their product labels brazenly claim their Aloe vera products are “made with Aloe vera.”

This would be a good thing- IF they were putting a respectable amount of Aloe vera in their Aloe vera products.  But they’re not…

Properly processed Aloe vera is fairly expensive because of the careful handling needed after it is harvested.  So many manufacturers put just a “touch” of Aloe vera in their Aloe vera products so on the label they can legally claim their Aloe vera product is “made with Aloe vera” or “made with 100% Aloe vera.”

It may be legal, but in most cases you are being deceived- there is not nearly enough Aloe vera in these Aloe vera products to give you a benefit.  You think that’s bad? It gets worse…

Not only are manufacturers putting very little Aloe vera in their finished Aloe vera products, in most cases the Aloe vera raw material they’re using is garbage.

In fact, an Aloe vera industry executive recently found that about 75% of Aloe vera products he tested were tainted.  And we’re not talking slight impurities- as much of 90% of the adulterated aloe vera raw material was “filler” and not aloe vera!

Why?  Again the answer is money- the root of all evil.  Opportunists can profit because most people and companies don’t know how to check to see if they are getting true Aloe vera in their Aloe vera products.

And even if you are lucky enough to find an authentic Aloe vera product, it’s highly likely that the Aloe vera powder was heat processed- effectively “toasting” the nutrients and depleting potency.

Below is a checklist that helps you find what you want- high quality, pure Aloe vera products.  The same type of Aloe vera used in the clinical studies- and Aloe vera products that have the freshness and potency of the plant in the field.

Make sure you are getting GENUINE Aloe vera products!

Your Aloe vera product needs to contain aloe vera from the entire plant.
Your Aloe vera product should be made with outer layers of the leaf as well as the inner Aloe vera gel.  The inner gel is 99.5% water and is where the Aloe vera plant stores nutrients for future use.

Here’s what most people miss- these nutrients are manufactured in the outer layers of the plant.  As a result the outer layers contain about 200% more nutrients than the inner Aloe vera gel. In other words, the Aloe vera from the leaf is much more potent than the more commonly sold Aloe vera gel.  Insist on Aloe vera products from the leaf and gel for maximum potency and health benefits.

The potency of Aloe vera comes from the way its 200 nutrients work together as a whole. These 200 nutrients are present only in trace amounts. It’s the combination and synergy of all these nutrients that enables Aloe vera to help you in so many ways. By using Aloe vera products made from the plant, not just the gel, you get all the nutrients—the way Nature designed them to work!

Authentic Aloe Vera is creamy yellow not white. The outer layer of the Aloe vera plant is green and the inner Aloe vera gel has a yellowish tint. If your Aloe vera is not creamy yellow or tan it can’t be authentic aloe vera.  Under no circumstance should it be white.

Aloe Vera does not completely dissolve in water. The outer layers of the Aloe vera leaf are not completely water soluble. If you open your Aloe vera capsule and empty the Aloe vera powder into a cup of water it should not completely dissolve.  If there is not residue floating and sinking, the Aloe vera product can’t be high quality Aloe vera.

Aloe Vera tastes bitter- not sweet, salty or like corn starch. Open the Aloe vera capsule and put some of the Aloe vera powder on your tongue. If it doesn’t taste bitter, it’s not high quality Aloe vera.  A common gimmick is to “cut” pure Aloe vera powder with a cheap starch such as maltodextrin.

Choose a “Certified Organic” Aloe vera product.
To maximize the potency of your Aloe vera products, you should look for organically grown Aloe vera with the certification to prove it.  Organic Aloe vera is grown free of pesticides, chemicals and synthetic fertilizers. It is also friendlier to the environment.

Your Aloe vera products should contain only Aloe vera and not a bunch of additives. Check the ingredient label of your Aloe vera product carefully.  It should state that the Aloe vera comes from both the outer leaf and rind. It will also contain a capsule material such as gelatin or cellulose.  On many products, the front label says “Aloe vera”, but the back shows the product is diluted with a bunch of cheap additives.
