Immediately after harvesting, True Aloe™ leaves are freeze dried at a temperature around minus 120 degrees. Moisture is removed using a vacuum that causes evaporation and sublimation of the water. The result of this expensive process is a True Aloe™ powder that has up to 200% more nutrients than regularly processed Aloe vera.
In fact, independent testing by the North Texas Research Laboratory showed that True Aloe™ contains over two times as many potent “polysaccharides” as other tested whole leaf Aloe vera powders. Polysaccharides are the compounds believed to give Aloe vera its beneficial health properties.
