Currently NatureCity® only ships to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

AUSTRALIA:

NatureCity ships orders to Australia via USPS. Shipping and handling charges per order are as follows:
1 bottle: $37
3 bottles: $41
6 bottles: $45

Clients are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees. You will be notified by USPS of these fees once your shipment clears customs. USPS will not release your shipment until these fees are paid in full. USPS estimates that shipments will take 7-10 business days to arrive but we can make no guarantees.

Supplements are restricted for import into Canada to a 90 day supply and must be for your own personal use. NatureCity ships orders to Canada via USPS. Shipping and handling charges per order are as follows:

Product pricing, payment and exchange rates

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • All transactions made on naturecity.com are in U.S. dollars.
  • When paying by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.


International shipping is done through the United States Postal Service

  • See shipping prices above for your order.  These prices include shipping only.  You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges.
  • Delivery time averages 6 to 10 business days, with no guarantees. Average number of days may vary based upon the origin and destination.
  • Electronic tracking is available to major cities and destinations.  In order to track a mail piece on usps.com you will need the tracking number which will be found on the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us when your package is ready to ship. 
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to purchasing from us. You will be liable for all customs duties and import fees assessed on your order.


Returned, refused, lost, and seized packages


We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us.

Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders:

DISCLAIMER:

  • Address or other client error: If a package is returned to us due to an address error (or any other error) made by you, the client, you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only less any return fees incurred by us.
  • Violation of laws: If a package is returned to us due to violation of a country's laws, you will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to us. A refund will be issued for merchandise only less any such fees.
  • Client refusal: If you refuse a package for any reason, we will issue a refund for merchandise only (less any return fees incurred by us) upon receipt of the returned package.
  • Customs seizure: If a package is halted/seized by a customs office or abandoned by the shipping carrier, you will not receive credit for the order unless we receive the returned package.  A refund will be issued for merchandise only (less any fees incurred by us).  
  • Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
  • For any returned package: For any order that is returned to us, if the return shipping cost is greater than the merchandise price you paid, the client will not receive a refund for the order. 
  • Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the shipping carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to us, we cannot issue a refund for the order.


Any duties, taxes or charges that may apply to your order are your responsibility.

Declaration of value and product description


To comply with international laws and help minimize the possibility of problems as your package goes through customs, we include basic information about the products you ordered and the full value of your order (minus shipping cost) on the shipping label. This practice may also help expedite the customs process to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Import taxes, customs duties and tariffs

Prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs or other charges.

Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate customs charges, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. Naturecity.com has no control over or involvement in collecting these fees.

If any additional charges apply to your order, you will be charged at the time of delivery. As stated in our DISCLAIMER herein, if you refuse a shipment because of these fees, we will issue a refund for merchandise only (less any return fees incurred by us) upon receipt of the returned package.  

Illegal and banned products

Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized. Please refer to the Returns Disclaimer for additional information regarding seized packages.
