Dark Chocolate May Help You Beat Fatigue

Eating a small amount of dark chocolate (45 grams) each day may help you overcome the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. A new study showed that participants reported feeling less fatigued after eating dark chocolate and complained of greater tiredness when fed a placebo.
