Wash Your Hands!

You can't be reminded enough to wash your hands often. Especially during the winter months when viruses and bacteria are prevalent. We catch most common infections when germs get on our hands and then we touch our eyes, noses, or mouths. Soap and water used together for 10-15 seconds will do the trick, but if you can't get to a sink often enough, use an instant hand sanitizer, which can easily be carried in a purse or pocket.
