- Please allow 3-5 business days. Some zip codes may take longer. It may take longer than 3-5 business days if ordering by mail.
- Currently we do not accept online orders from outside the United States. However, we do accept orders that ship to APO and FPO addresses.

If you are not 100% convinced that using the NatureCity product has made your life better, simply return your most recent order anytime within 365 days from your date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. It's that easy.
- To return a product, first call us at 1-800-593-2563 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please write the RMA number on the outside of the returned package.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment made for the purchase.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refunds will only be accepted for products purchased directly from NatureCity.
- A refund will not be issued for the same product more than once
- Club Memberships are NOT refundable.
- Cancellations will be accepted only prior to shipment.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To ensure proper credit we recommend returning packages to us through a carrier that provides a tracking number for delivery information.
