5-in-1 Approach to Supporting Energy and Blood Flow Boosting Nitric Oxide!
How could a gas that’s a known air pollutant be crucial to your health?
This had many people in the medical community scratching their heads – until a discovery about the importance of this gas resulted in a Nobel Prize in Medicine award in 1998.
The gas is nitric oxide, and it helps your blood vessels relax and widen promoting healthy blood flow and vessel flexibility.
Healthy nitric oxide levels are needed to support many aspects of health – from cardiovascular and optimal brain function, to sexual health… and also to help fight off fatigue and maintain high energy levels.
Our bodies produce nitric oxide just fine for the first 30 years of our lives – and then nitric levels decline rapidly with age.
By the time you reach age 50, it’s not unusual for nitric oxide levels to decline by 60%. And by age 70, nitric oxide levels can be down 90% from peak levels!
TrueNOx™ is a unique 5-in-1 approach to help you maintain healthy nitric oxide levels. Together, the five ingredients in this sugar-free drink powder help boost nitric oxide levels from the very first glass – working right away to boost blood flow, energy and endurance levels.
For best results, drink TrueNOx™ about 30 minutes prior to physical activity. This can be exercise, walking or anything else that can benefit from increased blood flow and energy (yes, even “romantic time”).
Better yet, there is no sugar, caffeine or stimulants in TrueNOx™!
Here’s a quick rundown on the five key ingredients that make TrueNOx™ the best nitric oxide formula we’ve seen…
Nitrosigine® - one of the building blocks for nitric oxide is the aminio acid L-arginine. That’s why many other supplements feature arginine in their formula. The problem is you need many grams of arginine to see an improvement - and many folks still don’t benefit.
Nitrosigine® is a patented complex of arginine bonded to silicon that has been shown to be far superior to other forms of arginine.
Not only has it been shown to increase nitric oxide, 19 scientific studies have demonstrated it enhances performance by promoting blood flow and increasing focus and energy.
Nitrosigine® starts to work in as little as 15 minutes and single dose effects can last up to six hours.
Capros® - made from the amla fruit, Capros® is a nice compliment to Nitrosigine®.
Your body converts arginine to nitric acid with the help of certain enzymes – most notably the enzyme abbreviated as “eNOS.”
One of numerous cardiovascular benefits of Capros is it promotes and activates eNOS, resulting in increased nitric oxide levels.
This was shown in three separate clinical studies where taking 500mg a day of Capros® increased nitric oxide levels by an average of 35% after 12 weeks.
Plus, those taking Capros® also experienced significant improvements in oxidative stress, lipid and glutathione levels and a marker of inflammation (hsCRP).
Organic Beet Root - Another way your body produces nitric oxide is by converting dietary nitrates into nitric oxide. That’s why TrueNOx™ also includes 1,000mg of organic beet root juice powder from Vibrant Harvest.
Beet root juice is a good source of nitrates and clinical studies have shown it helps promote nitric oxide and improves blood flow, endurance and performance.
Crominex® 3+ - This is a special form of the mineral chromium. Unlike other forms of chromium, Crominex® 3+ has been shown to help the endothelium – which is the cells that line the inner surface of blood vessels throughout the entire circulatory system.
It works, in part, by promoting nitric oxide levels. In two clinical studies involving Crominex® 3+, middle aged participants taking 400mcg daily had improved nitric oxide levels by about 20% to 30% after 12 weeks.
PEAK ATP® - provides an immediate boost to energy, blood flow and endurance levels during physical activity – while supporting vasodilation factors like nitric oxide.
ATP is a building block for cellular energy. In a recent clinical study, a single 400mg dose of PEAK ATP® increased physical performance during exercise by 24%.
Over 12 weeks, PEAK ATP® has been shown to improve blood flow, lean body mass, strength and reduce muscular fatigue.
Nitrosigine®: More than just L-Arginine
Nitrosigine® is a patented ingredient that bonds arginine to the mineral silicon (in the form of potassium silicate). Moreover, research has shown that this combination enhances the benefits of each nutrient.
Arginine is there as a building block to promote nitric oxide, but why have silicon in the mix?
Like nitric oxide, silicon helps promote healthy flexible blood vessels and arteries. Specifically, silicon helps keep the inner lining of arterial tissue smooth and less permeable.
Therefore, when it comes to cardiovascular health, silicon is a great partner to the arginine in Nitrosigine®.
Even better, the two together seem to have synergistic benefits with clinical testing showing significantly greater increases in arginine, silicon and nitric oxide in blood from taking Nitrosigine® than if you took these nutrients separately.
And when it comes to nitric oxide, an in vitro research study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that only Nitrosigine® significantly increased nitric oxide production versus the control when compared to three other forms of arginine and two forms of L-citrulline.
The researchers used the recommended doses for each product (1,500mg for Nitrosigine® – the amount in a serving of TrueNOx™) and found there was a 5 times greater increase in nitric oxide with Nitrosigine® compared to the other ingredients tested.
To date, over 20 scientific studies have demonstrated the benefits Nitrosigine® may provide to you, such as:
· Increasing Energy Level.
A study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition involving 16 healthy young males taking 1,500mg of Nitrosigine® found pre-workout energy levels increased compared to the placebo just 15 minutes after the first dose on Day 1.
This trend continued to improve with continued use of Nitrosigine® and the improvement was statistically significant by Day 4.
As important, unlike other energy ingredients, Nitrosigine® is not a stimulant. So the increase in energy – and other benefits – occurs without a corresponding increase in heart rate or blood pressure.
This was shown in two recently completed studies – a short-term study (four days) and a longer term study (14 days). The results indicated that while energy levels increased in the Nitrosigine® groups as compared to the placebo, there were no significant changes in heart rate or systolic and diastolic blood pressure versus placebo at any measured time point.
· Improving Mental Acuity and Processing Speed.
To perform better at any task or physical activity, it helps to be mentally focused, or as some say “in the zone.”
In a study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, Nitrosigine® was shown to significantly increase mental acuity and focus by 33% within 15 minutes.
This was measured by using the Trial Making Test (TMT) – which is widely used to assess cognitive processing speed and executive functioning. Not only did Nitrosigine® have a significant impact with the first dose, the positive impact on mental sharpness continued to improve over the duration of the 14-day study.
· Increasing Muscle Volume (“Pump”) During Exercise and Help Muscle Recovery.
As you may know, blood is essential in delivering oxygen and nutrients to working muscles, while removing waste products. Muscle pumps allow for the muscles to stretch and a greater number of capillaries to form. Therefore, the muscles will expand and increase in size over time.
In clinical testing, Nitrosigine® has been shown to significantly increase muscle pumps and increases in muscle volume.
One of the keys to staying active is helping your muscles recover from previous activities. And Nitrosigine® may help you in this regard also.
In a clinical study, those taking 1,500mg of Nitrosigine® experienced less muscle damage from exercise as measured by the marker creatine kinase (CK).
The more a muscle is traumatized, or damaged, during physical activity, the greater the increase in CK concentrations in the blood. In this study, immediately after the conclusion of exercise, the CK levels in those taking Nitrosigine® were 56% lower than the placebo group.
And this difference in CK levels became more pronounced and significant after 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours.
No matter what your activity, this is how Nitrosigine® helps you “stay in the game”!
· Enhancing Blood Flow.
As mentioned, nitric oxide has been shown to be a key factor in generating greater blood flow and vasodilation in working muscles. Nitrosigine® helps enhance nitric oxide levels, and has been shown to enhance another potent vasodilator in the blood – the protein kallistatin.
In a study published in the FASEB Journal, six hours after taking 1,500mg of Nitrosigine® there was a 27% increase in kallistatin. And after 14 days of Nitrosigine® use, there was a 32% increase in kallistatin.
The blood vessel relaxing and blood flow promoting effect of Nitrosigine® was further demonstrated by measuring the change in the branchial artery area after exercise and a single dose of Nitrosigine®. Taking Nitrosigine® resulted in a 66% increase in the artery area after exercise versus just 32% for the placebo group, indicating greater blood flow.
Capros®: The Missing Link in Most Nitric Oxide Formulas
Amla is considered of the most important berries in the Indian traditional system of medicine. Harvested from branches up to 40 feet above ground, Amla contains unique polyphenols that offer a multitude of health benefits.
The most notable of these polyphenols are Emblicanin A and Emblicanin B. Emblicanins are different from most other polyphenol antioxidants because they 1) have a cascading antioxidant effect and 2) resist becoming unwanted pro-oxidants.
A cascading effect suggests that the antioxidant is not “one and done” when it comes to neutralizing free radicals. Instead, it recycles itself to provide longer lasting protection against oxidative stress.
Even better, while some antioxidants exhibit pro-oxidant activity after they’ve neutralized a free radical, this is not an issue with Amla. Emblicanins do not have any pro-oxidant effects.
Despite its rich history in traditional medicine and strong nutritional profile, until recently very few scientific clinical studies had been conducted on Amla.
That changed several years ago when the makers of Capros® committed to spend millions of dollars on human clinical studies on their patented Capros amla ingredient.
Natreon, Inc., the maker of Capros®, was willing to make this investment because they knew they had the premier Amla ingredient.
In fact, Capros® delivers up to 2 times more of the key amla polyphenols than regular amla extracts.
To date, Capros® has been the subject of eight human clinical studies – each showing remarkable potential for improving heart and cardiovascular health and reducing oxidative stress.
As mentioned, arginine is used by your body to make nitric oxide. However, to convert arginine to nitric acid your body needs the help of certain enzymes – most notably the enzyme abbreviated as “eNOS.”
So if you’ve tried an arginine supplement before and don’t feel like it helped you, part of the reason may have been it didn’t do anything to promote the eNOS enzyme.
That’s why we call Capros®, the “missing link” in our nitric oxide formula. Among the numerous cardiovascular benefits of Capros® is that it promotes and activates eNOS, resulting in increased nitric oxide levels.
This was shown in three separate clinical studies where taking 500mg of Capros® a day increased nitric oxide levels by an average of 37% after 12 weeks.
In addition, Capros® has been shown to help you maintain normal cholesterol and hsCRP (C-reactive protein) levels, support normal platelet aggregation, and reduce oxidative stress.
PEAK ATP®: Boosts Energy, Endurance and Performance
You may know that Adenosine triphosphate, or ATP, is a building block for cellular energy. In order for you to walk, talk, blink or think we need the energy that ATP supplies to cells.
For many years, scientists have known how crucial ATP is inside the cell. Only in the last few decades did researchers discovered that ATP has a major role outside the cell as well.
That’s why PEAK ATP® is an important part of the of TrueNOx™ formula. Like nitric oxide, PEAK ATP® provides an immediate boost to energy, blood flow and endurance levels during physical activity, while supporting the function of vasodilation factors such as nitric oxide.
Since it works differently than the other key ingredients, it is the perfect nutritional partner to optimize the results you get from TrueNOx™.
Here is a summary of the clinically studied benefits of taking 400mg of PEAK ATP® - which is the amount you get in a serving of TrueNOx™:
· Immediate Increase in Physical Performance.
In a recent clinical study, a single 400mg dose of PEAK ATP® increased physical performance during leg exercises by 24%. The researchers cited “fatigue resistance” as the driver of this improvement.
· Improve Blood Flow and Help in Muscle Recovery.
PEAK ATP® increases the amount of ATP in red blood cells. When muscles are fatigued, red blood cells sense this and release ATP into the blood. This causes vasodilation (relaxing) of blood vessels resulting in increased blood flow, oxygen delivery and clearance of metabolic waste products such as lactate, and aids in muscle recovery from physical activity.
· Improve Strength and Lean Muscle.
PEAK ATP® helps improve the number of repetitions and total amount of weight used during strength training. In clinical trials, after 12 weeks of using PEAK ATP®daily, strength was improved by 12.6% compared to just 5.9% in the placebo group.
In addition, lean muscle increased twice as much in those taking PEAK ATP® - 4.0kg vs. 2.0kg.
To get the most out of PEAK ATP® and TrueNOx™, drink TrueNOx™ about 30 to 60 minutes before starting physical activity. This helps improve stamina, endurance and performance!
Crominex-3+: The Only Chromium Shown to Promote Nitric Oxide
The mineral chromium plays an important role in helping to keep blood sugar levels balanced, promoting stable energy levels.
On top of this, TrueNOx™ is made with a special form of chromium that, unlike other forms, has been shown to help protect the endothelium – which is the cells that line the inner surface of blood vessels throughout the entire circulatory system – and significantly improve nitric oxide levels.
This chromium ingredient is known as Crominex-3+.
In case you don’t know, chromium exists in two forms, the reduced “chromium 3+” which is the essential nutrient you need and is found in foods like grains and vegetables. The other is chromium 6+ (hexavalent chromium) and it can act as a toxin in your body.
Almost all of the chromium used in supplements starts out in the “3+” state, but it often oxidizes and turns into the potentially unsafe chromium “6+.”
One of the key features of Crominex-3+ is that it remains in the desired “3+” state thanks to a patented antioxidant shield that encases the chromium, keeping it in the active, safe state.
In clinical studies, Crominex-3+ has been shown to offer the blood sugar support you’d expect from chromium – but it also helps protect the lining of blood vessels and promotes nitric oxide.
In fact, in two clinical studies involving Crominex-3+, middle aged participants taking 400mcg daily – the amount in a serving of TrueNOx™ – improved nitric oxide levels by about 20% to 30% after 12 weeks.
Plus, those taking Crominex-3+ also experienced better protection against oxidative stress, and significantly healthier C-reactive protein levels, indicating less inflammation in the body.
Vibrant Harvest™ Organic Beet Root: Provides Dietary Nitrates
In addition to the arginine process, your body has another way to make nitric oxide. The second process involves taking dietary nitrates found in foods like green leafy vegetables, radishes and beetroot juice, and converting the nitrate to nitrite.
This conversion happens when the nitrates come into contact with certain oral bacteria in the mouth and saliva. When you swallow the nitrite containing saliva, the acidic environment in the stomach converts some of the nitrite to nitric oxide – which then can be absorbed in the blood stream and circulate.
A nitric oxide boost from nitrates is why beetroot juice, a good source of dietary nitrates, has been gaining popularity. In fact, some football and soccer teams, and other athletes, drink beetroot juice before games to get a natural energy boost.
An increasing number of research studies are confirming that beetroot juice appears to have a beneficial effect on blood circulation and performance during physical activities.
That’s why we’ve added 1,000mg of organic beetroot juice powder to a serving of TrueNOx™. The organic beetroot powder comes from Vibrant Harvest™ in Oregon.
One of the reasons we chose them is because Vibrant Harvest™ uses a patented drying process that delivers outstanding nutrient retention. It’s as good as it gets.
The Vibrant Harvest™ facility is located in The Dalles, Oregon and is both organic certified and Kosher certified. Their unique process targets the water molecules – not the nutrients – and in minutes turns fruits and vegetables into powder with no carriers!
This results in a pure and potent beetroot powder that perfectly complements the other premium quality ingredients in TrueNOx™.
