- All items are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center in sunny Boca Raton, Florida, and are shipped via USPS in 1 to 2 business days.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Some zip codes may take longer.
- Orders received before 1pm EST on non-holiday weekdays will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.
- All shipments receive a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you when your package leaves our fulfillment center.
- Currently we do not accept online orders from outside the United States.

If you are not 100% convinced that using the NatureCity product has made your life better, simply return your most recent order anytime within 365 days from your date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. It's that easy.
- To return a product, first call us at 1-800-593-2563 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please write the RMA number on the outside of the returned package.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment made for the purchase.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Refunds will only be accepted for products purchased directly from NatureCity.
- A refund will not be issued for the same product more than once.
- Cancellations will be accepted only prior to shipment.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To ensure proper credit we recommend returning packages to us through a carrier that provides a tracking number for delivery information.
