The TrueAloe Difference
It takes over 10 pounds of fresh organic Aloe vera leaves to make each bottle of TrueAloe, giving you an extraordinary amount of potency in 120 easy to swallow capsules.
TrueAloe is grown in ideal conditions on the largest organic farm in the world. The nutrient rich soil is irrigated by pure mountain springs and rainwater. The soil has never been touched by pesticides or herbicides.
Aloe leaves are hand harvested for quality and within 3 hours fileted and freeze dried using a patented method to produce the nutrient dense TrueAloe powder.
The TrueAloe capsules only contain the potent Aloe vera powder featuring the 200 plus nutritional compounds naturally found in the plant. No carriers, excipients or flow agents are used to make TrueAloe.
Subpar or outright adulterated or counterfeit Aloe vera in the market is a growing concern. TrueAloe is certified for content and purity by the International Aloe Science Council (IASC), an independent 3rd party “watchdog” for the Aloe vera industry. As we say the “IASC Seal Proves it’s Real.”
TrueAloe is also has organic certification from Quality Assurance International (QAI) and is bottled and further tested at a premier supplement manufacturer in New Jersey that is certified for quality by NSF International.
“I’ve been taking TrueAloe for digestive health and other reasons for 10 years. Highly recommend.”

Aloe vera is one of nature’s original “super foods.” The use of Aloe for health dates back over 4,000 years. Part of what makes Aloe unique and helped it thrive on Earth for thousands of years is its biological complexity.
It naturally grows with an estimated 200 nutritional compounds including many vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, plant sterols and the powerful Aloe polysaccharides.
As many of these nutrients are only present in trace amounts, the brilliance of Aloe vera is how these nutrients work together to help support your digestion, skin, joint health, heart and blood sugar health, and more.
Some Aloe vera researchers have explained this by comparing Aloe to a symphony orchestra versus a solo performer. The many instruments playing together sound much more powerful and beautiful than apart.
This is why it’s important to choose a premium quality Aloe vera ingredient for your supplement. You want organic Aloe that’s been handled properly after harvesting to ensure that the many nutrients haven’t been degraded or destroyed. The organic Aloe vera in TrueAloe is carefully grown and handled to maximize nutritional potency.
TrueAloe is grown at the largest USDA certified organic farm in the world. It has ideal conditions for growing Aloe vera – mineral rich soil, pure and clean mountain spring water, plenty of warm sunshine and it’s located far from sources of industrial pollution.
The soil never has been touched by pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. This farm is nestled between mountains outside a small town in eastern Mexico called Jaumave. We believe this area is one of the world’s premier locations for growing organic Aloe vera.
Mature Aloe leaves are hand harvested at peak potency, and carefully hand fileted (the Aloe latex is excluded). Within 2 to 3 hours of harvesting, the water is removed from the Aloe gel filets and mucilage using a patented freeze-drying process to maximize the nutritional value and potency of the resulting TrueAloe powder.
The timing of this is important because after the leaf is cut, the nutrients in the Aloe vera plant may start to degrade after several hours. Also important is the freeze-drying technique because it protects the heat sensitive Aloe nutrients from being destroyed or degraded. Using high heat is cheaper and faster, but this can destroy key Aloe nutrients (which disrupts the Aloe “orchestra”) resulting in less potency in your supplement.
TrueAloe is certified for content and purity by the International Aloe Science Council (IASC). It is also USDA certified organic by QAI. Each TrueAloe capsule only contains the TrueAloe powder and nothing else.
The recommended 800mg daily dose of nutrient dense TrueAloe helps you capture the numerous benefits the remarkable Aloe vera plant can offer. Research with Aloe vera indicates it may help you in the following ways:
- Helps balance stomach acid and supports healthy digestion
- Helps support joint comfort
- Helps support already-healthy cholesterol levels
- Helps support already-healthy blood sugar levels
- Helps reduce oxidative stress and support immune system function
- Helps promote healthy looking skin
FAQ from

The Aloe vera in TrueAloe is made from the Aloe gel and part of the outer leaf, known as the mucilage, which is very nutrient dense. TrueAloe does not contain the Aloe sap (or latex), where the anthraquinones with strong laxative properties reside.
You will be happy to know that TrueAloe is virtually free of anthraquinones because these compounds have very strong laxative properties. Anthraquinones can cause painful stomach cramps, diarrhea and interfere with nutrient absorption, which over time could lead to unwanted health conditions.
As mentioned, this is not a concern with TrueAloe. Each batch of TrueAloe is tested, and routinely shows the powder contains less than 1 part per million (ppm) of anthraquinones, which is far less than the maximum 10ppm purity standard set by International Aloe Science Council (IASC).
Each TrueAloe capsule contains 200mg of Aloe vera. We recommend taking two (2) capsules twice (2) a day, or a total of four (4) capsules a day (800mg of TrueAloe). This provides the nutrient content equivalent to about 5.3 ounces of liquid Aloe vera.
Some clients find it beneficial to start TrueAloe by doubling up on this serving size for the first 14 days. If you choose this direction, take four (4) capsules, twice (2) a day for the first 14 days.
No, the only ingredient is the organic TrueAloe powder from the plant.
TrueAloe solely comes from the Aloe barbadensis miller species. For a product to be labeled as “Aloe vera” it’s supposed to be from Aloe barbadensis miller. Oher Aloe species like Aloe ferox, shouldn’t be labeled as Aloe vera.
Polysaccharides are a key nutrient class in Aloe vera. They are essentially complex carbohydrates consisting mostly of mannose and glucose molecules. You can think of polysaccharides as strings of beads, with the beads being mannose and glucose molecules. These strings can range from as little as 500 molecules to 10,000 molecules in size. It’s believed the different sizes have different functions supporting the various health benefits Aloe vera is known to offer.

You can take TrueAloe with or without meals. Since research indicates Aloe vera may help increase the absorption and bioavailability of certain vitamins and nutrients, taking TrueAloe with food or other supplements may be preferable to optimize digestive benefits.
If your healthcare practitioner directs you to take more than two servings per day, you can do so, but two servings (4 capsules) is typically adequate for general wellness.
