- Upon receipt of your order all items will be carefully packed and shipped to you via USPS in 1 to 2 business days
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Some zip codes may take longer.
- Orders received before 1pm EST on non-holiday weekdays will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.
- All shipments receive a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you (provided we have a valid email address for you) when your package leaves our fulfillment center.

At NatureCity, your happiness means everything to us. Every purchase is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely convinced your NatureCity product has improved your life, simply return your most recent order within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. It’s that easy.
How to Return a Product
- Call us first at 1-800-593-2563 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
- You’re responsible for your own return shipping costs (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- For your protection, we recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
Refund Timeline
- It can take some time for your refund to officially post depending on your bank or credit card company
- If you’ve checked your bank and credit card accounts and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at 800-593-2563 or customerservice@naturecity.com
Important Return Notes
- Refunds are only accepted for products purchased directly from NatureCity.
- A refund cannot be issued for the same product more than once (unless the subsequent purchase is for a newer version of the product).
- Cancellations can only be accepted prior to shipment.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions
NatureCity® strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Currently NatureCity® only ships certain products to the following international countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom for personal use.
NatureCity® ships via Epost as the carrier. Epost estimates that shipments will take 6-10 business days to arrive. However, we make no guarantees. To track a mail piece on https://portal.epgshipping.com/ParcelTracker/HomePageTracker you will need the tracking number which will be found on the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us when your package is ready to ship.

Product Pricing, Payment, and Exchange Rates:
- All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
- Prices shown do not include customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, or other additional charges.
- When you pay by credit card, your credit card company will handle the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
NatureCity® is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

DISCLAIMER:
- Address or other client error: If a package is returned to us due to an address error (or any other error) made by you, the client, you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only less any return fees incurred by us.
- Violation of laws: If a package is returned to us due to violation of a country's laws, you will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to us. A refund will be issued for merchandise only less any such fees.
- Client refusal: If you refuse a package for any reason, we will issue a refund for merchandise only (less any return fees incurred by us) upon receipt of the returned package.
- Customs seizure: If a package is halted/seized by a customs office or abandoned by the shipping carrier, you will not receive credit for the order unless we receive the returned package. A refund will be issued for merchandise only (less any fees incurred by us).
- Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
- For any returned package: For any order that is returned to us, if the return shipping cost is greater than the merchandise price you paid, the client will not receive a refund for the order.
- Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the shipping carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to us, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
- Rewards Points do not apply to International sales.
