Dear Friends,

You may know that struggles with digestive issues have exploded in the U.S in recent times – so if you or a family member are dealing with digestive problems, you have plenty of company.

Some of the statistics around this are just shocking, like in the last 30 years, the number of doctor visits for digestive disorders has increased by 10x compared to the 30 years prior.

This has resulted in many folks using products like antacids and laxatives way too much.

When you need these products, you need them – but they’re not meant to be used regularly or for extended periods of time as they can cause you more digestive problems if overused.

It seems hard to believe, but there are reports of a laxative shortage in the market, and on Amazon alone, searches for laxatives have increased by about 3x in recent years.

These are the times we’re living in – but why is all this happening?

As you’d suspect, it’s not one reason. Some of the key reasons in my view are related to the food we’re eating and other things our bodies are being exposed to, as well as the impact of stress and other emotional health challenges of living in the 21st century world.

Since science has revealed so much more about how the gut and brain communicate, this last part is a really important piece of the puzzle.

Why We Developed TrueDYB

We have some great digestive support products at NatureCity, but most of them were targeted to one aspect of digestive health – like digestive enzymes to help break down food, probiotics for intestinal health, or Aloe vera for stomach comfort.

What was missing was a product that supported the whole digestive system, not just some of the individual parts.

Taking a system approach to gut health makes sense because of how the parts work together.

For example, how well your stomach is functioning affects what happens in your small intestine, which affects your lower intestines and colon - and all of this affects your ability to stay regular and excrete waste.

The Gut’s “Mini-Brain”

Plus, we have this relationship between the gut and brain, where what happens in the brain affects the gut and vice versa.

The gut-brain axis is a complex communication network between the Central Nervous System, which consists mostly of the brain and spinal cord, and the Enteric Nervous System, which runs through our gastrointestinal tract.

This Enteric Nervous System is sometimes called the gut’s “mini-brain.” These two nervous systems are communicating all the time.

So if you’re feeling stressed or nervous, and your stomach starts bothering you or you become gassy, that’s not a coincidence – what’s happening in your brain, affects your gut function.

Similarly, your gut function affects your brain too.  A small example of this: your gut provides about 95% of your body’s serotonin.

We often think of serotonin as a “feel good” hormone working in brain cells, but we need healthy intestinal function to produce it.

TrueDYB Was Formulated To Address All These Areas

TrueDYB combines 16 ingredients in a drink powder and was designed to support the digestive system from top to bottom.

The TrueDYB ingredients start working in the stomach helping you move food through the stomach at a normal pace (food transit time), while the digestive enzymes help break down food nutrients so they can be absorbed into the bloodstream.

If you’re struggling with occasional heartburn, indigestion, burping or other upper abdominal discomfort, the ingredients in TrueDYB have been shown to provide relief.

This not only helps you increase beneficial bacteria in the intestines, but also supports nutrient absorption and the function of the protective intestinal barrier.

To help support intestinal health and the gut microbiome, TrueDYB gives you a powerful combination of prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics.

This last part is very important because it helps protect against what’s sometimes called “leaky gut.”

What’s Meant By “Leaky Gut”

The digestive tract is lined with a semipermeable barrier that allows for the absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream while limiting the transport of harmful microorganisms into the body.

When this barrier isn’t functioning properly, potentially harmful substances can more easily pass through (hence the term called “leaky gut”) and interfere with good health.

Several of the ingredients in TrueDYB help support healthy intestinal barrier function, which is very important for healthy aging and overall wellness.

In addition, ingredients in TrueDYB can help reduce bloating and gas – and help you stay regular and support more comfortable and complete bowel movements.

Based on research with several of the ingredients in TrueDYB, you can start noticing a difference in a little as 10 to 14 days, with more regular and frequent bowel movements and more normal stool forms and sizes.

Finally, TrueDYB helps support the gut-brain axis we discussed earlier, including supporting the body’s stress response and promoting better moods.

As part of this, the ingredients in TrueDYB can help keep the stress hormone, cortisol, in a healthier range, while promoting increased levels of serotonin, the feel-good hormone, in healthy adults.

Get Digestion Right, And Other Body Systems Can Follow

When it comes to supplements, the comprehensive approach of TrueDYB is what you need to support your entire digestive system.

If you don’t get your digestive system functioning properly, it’s going to be challenging to stay healthy.

When you get your digestive system humming and your body handles stress better, you may be surprised how it helps the rest of your body – and even how you look!

I can’t encourage you more to give TrueDYB a try.

Yours for Good Health,

Carl Pradelli
